Can you get multiple Deldrimor Talismans/Amulets of the Mists/Books of Secrets by completing Hell's Precipice/Imperial Sanctum/Abaddon's Gate multiple times with a single character?

No. It's one per character. To get multiple end game books/talismans/amulets etc you'll have to finish the game on different characters, or just buy them.
